- Insomnia: Trouble sleeping which is common but uncomfortable.
- Drowsiness: feeling sleep and sluggish
- Fatigue: Getting tired very easily.
- Dizziness or Lightheadedness: This could signal altitude issues.
- Nausea or vomiting: Common symptom of altitude sickness. Needs attention.
- Nosebleed: Dry cold air in high altitudes can sometimes cause nosebleeds.
- Short Breathes: Difficulty breathing in thin, less oxygen prevalent air in higher elevations.
