Ghorepani Poonhill Trek

We booked the Poon Hill Trek with Dhurba and it was great. We stayed at his hotel Zen Bed & Breakfast in Kathmandu and we could leave all of our stuff we didn't need there while trekking. They event lent us a sleeping bag! Our guide Prakash was really nice and flexible when we spontaneously decided to depart for the trekking one day later. He organized everything, took us to really nice tea houses and was always helpful and in a good mood, even carried one of our bags when we were tired! We really recommend booking your trekking with these guys! We had a great time and would definitely book with them again if we go back to Nepal.

I just returned from the Poonhill trek with my guide Prakash. The views were lovely and the hot spring was amazing. All the accomodation arranged was beyond what I expected. My guide was very professional and had lots of knowledge. He also helped me a lot with my luggage as it was quite heavy

My brother and I had a great time in the Poon Hill Trek with our guide Gopal.Dhurba from Zen B&B arranged the tour for us. Gopal came to to the hostel before we decided for the tour so that we could understand better the route and have all questions answered.He was relaxed and flexible following our pace and advising when we should try to go an extra mile or not. He also gave very accurate info on what we should expect on each day of trek and all the times we asked "how much left?" "Up or down"? Steep or not? So we had a very good idea of the challenges to come.Gopal is very knowledgeable, and is happy to share every piece of information he knows! we friendly baptized him as our Buddha. He socialized with us in the evening always telling more and more stories.The last night was very special as he really wanted to sing us a song. He wrote the lyrics and involved the other guides and out of the sudden everyone in that accommodation (guides and travelers) was dancing and singing nepalese songs, was super special!The accommodations were very basic, but cozy with Beautiful views. The bathrooms however were really precarious and I think we only had hot shower one night out of the 4. But I am not sure if we can get any better than that on this area.Price was fair compared to the other options I checked while in KTM.

Admiral Adventure Treks offered a superb service. All transport was arranged for us and they were flexible with all of our plans. Dhurba was very accommodating and made sure all our needs were catered for. Couldn't recommend this trek more highly.
